What is Bills 180?

We are a bill negotiation service that saves you money by negotiating better rates on your monthly bills.  We specialize in negotiating better rates for your cable, internet, and cell phone bills.  (Comcast especially)

Will my services be changed or contract extended?
No.  We will never change or alter your service without your permission, unless we are adding channels, increasing internet speed, or upgrading your service for the same discounted rate.  On occasion, an offer may require an extension of your contract, if that is the case, we will get your permission before any changes are made.
Why should I use your service?
We are a passionate team of professionals.  We love our jobs, and in being able to help others gain more control over their bills.  We use experience, industry information, skill, and persistence to negotiate better rates for our customers.  We do this to save you time, money, and frustration.  Our service pays for itself immediately, and if we are not successful, then you pay nothing.
What type of bills do you negotiate?
We mostly deal with cable, internet, cell, and landline bills.  But are happy to take a stab any bill where we can create future savings.  Currently, we are not set up to negotiate down debt, or a handle medical bill negotiations.
Can’t I just negotiate my own bills?
Yes, and if you have the time and are comfortable haggling with your provider, you should give it a try.  If you don’t have the time, hate hold music, or don’t like the confrontation of negotiating with your provider, that’s when we step in and take on that task for you.
How much does it cost to use your service.
We charge 50% of the savings we create for the first year.  All savings after that goes in your pocket.  So if we negotiate a $80 per month savings for the next 12 months, we’ll have saved you $80 x 12 = $960.  Our fee is half the saves or $480.  You will be given the choice to pay in a lump sum, or in 12 monthly payments.
How long do negotiations take?
Normal negotiation take less than 1 billing cycle, but often will occur more swiftly than that.   We will email you updates, and we are always available if you’d like to know how things are going.  Connect via email at [email protected] 180.com
