主要研究方向

铬金属是重要的战略资源,全球储量超过120亿吨,是地壳中含量最为丰富的五种过渡金属元素之一。相较于第一过渡系其他金属如铁、钴、镍及铜的氯化物,氯化铬的毒性较低(Organometallics 2017, 36, 4071)。尽管铬金属催化已实现工业应用(如在工业上用于催化生产高密度聚乙烯),相较于其他金属催化,铬金属的催化性质与反应活性大多未被研究与开发。实验室的研究方向集中于探索丰产金属铬的催化性质,揭示铬金属有机催化的特点与规律,着力解决合成化学中存在的选择性难题及化学键转化中存在的挑战,发展铬催化的有机合成化学。

主要工作业绩

基于铬金属有机催化多局限于中高价态金属催化的研究现状,实验室聚焦构建铬低价金属催化体系,围绕“铬-底物/配体配位与控制反应选择性的关系”等问题展开研究,针对“铬金属催化活性低、较难发生双电子转移基元反应”的领域挑战、以及合成化学中存在的“惰性碳-杂键活化与不饱和键转化的选择性”难题,利用底物或配体的电子及位阻效应调节铬金属中心的催化性质,实现了一些惰性碳-杂键转化及不饱和键加氢的选择性控制。作为主要贡献人分别在Chem. Rev., Nat. Synth., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nat. Commun., Chem等刊物上发表论文七十余篇。
